COD (Cash on Delivery) is available only for selected water storage products and approved small orders.

For COD orders, customers must be present to receive and pay at the time of delivery.

We deliver across the UAE. Delivery times vary depending on location, product type, and availability.

7. Returns, Replacements & Refunds
Refunds are available only on the same day of purchase. After this period, no refunds are offered.

Replacement eligibility will be confirmed after verification.
Used, opened, installed, or damaged items not caused by us are not eligible for return or refund.
