1. Payment Terms
All standard orders require 100% advance payment before processing and delivery.
Orders will be confirmed only after full payment is received through approved payment methods.
2. Accepted Payment Methods
We currently support the following payment options:
a. Bank Transfer (Preferred Method)
Most orders must be paid via bank transfer.
Payments must be completed in full (100% advance) before dispatch.
b. Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available only on selected products, mainly:
Water storage tanks
Selected small plumbing items (subject to availability)
COD availability may vary based on location, stock status, and order value.
3. Payment Confirmation
After making a bank transfer, customers must send proof of payment (screenshot, receipt, or transaction ID) to our support team via WhatsApp or email.
Once verified, your order will be processed.
4. Non-Payment or Delayed Payment
Orders without proof of payment will not be processed.
If payment is not received within the specified time, the order may be automatically cancelled.
5. Security
We ensure safe processing of all payments and follow security best practices for data protection.
