After the same-day window, cancellations are not permitted.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, you must report it to us on the same day of delivery with photos or video evidence.
We will review the issue and provide a replacement if applicable, but no refunds will be issued after the same day.
