🚚 Shipping Policy

1. Delivery Timeframe

We work hard to ensure your order reaches you as quickly as possible.
Our standard delivery window is:

Delivery may vary depending on:

2. Shipping Coverage

We deliver across all emirates in the UAE, including:

  • Dubai

  • Abu Dhabi

  • Sharjah

  • Ajman

  • Ras Al Khaimah

  • Fujairah

  • Umm Al Quwain

Some heavy or oversized items may require special handling or extra delivery fees. If applicable, this will be communicated before order confirmation.

3. Order Processing

  • Orders placed before 6:00 PM are processed the same day.

  • Orders placed after 6:00 PM will be processed the next working day.

Once your order is packed and dispatched, you will receive:

  • Confirmation message

  • Tracking update (if available)

  • Estimated delivery time

4. Delivery Attempts

Our delivery team will contact you before arriving.
If you’re unavailable:

  • A second delivery attempt will be arranged

  • Additional delivery fees may apply for repeated failed attempts

5. Damaged or Missing Items

Please check your items immediately upon delivery.
If anything is damaged, missing, or incorrect, notify us the same day.

🔄 Return & Exchange Policy

We aim for complete customer satisfaction. However, due to the nature of building materials, some items must follow strict return conditions.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns only on the same day of delivery, provided that the product is:

  • Unused

  • Unopened

  • In original packaging

  • In resalable condition

✔ Same-Day Returns Accepted
❌ No returns accepted after 1 day

2. Return Period

No return requests are accepted after 24 hours of delivery.
This helps maintain product quality and prevents material damage.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned for safety and quality reasons:

  • Cement bags

  • Gypsum & plaster materials

  • Cut-to-size or customized items

  • Special orders

  • Items exposed to moisture, dirt, or damage

  • Used tools or accessories

4. Return Process

To request a return:

  1. Contact our team the same day you receive the order

  2. Provide your Order Number and details

  3. Our team will review your request

  4. Pickup will be arranged if approved

  5. Returned items will be inspected

  6. Refund, store credit, or exchange will be processed accordingly

5. Refund & Exchange Terms

Depending on your situation, you may receive:

  • Store credit

  • Full refund

  • Exchange for another product

Note: Delivery or handling fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective product).

6. Wrong or Defective Products

If you receive the wrong or defective item, we will:

  • Arrange same-day return or replacement

  • Cover all return & redelivery costs

  • Prioritize sending the correct product

Issues must be reported the same day of delivery.
